Here are some more digital photos of the Egyptian Fruit Bats at The Centre.

Although the photo is rather blurry,
here we see a young Egyptian Fruit Bat
clinging to the ceiling of their enclosure.

Because of their timid nature, it is difficult to get a photo
of one of them away from the rest of the colony.
Luckily this youngster had been curious enough
to venture away from the roost.

In this photo we are looking from upside down at the ceiling of one of the several communal roosts inside the Rousetta's enclosure.

The bats, mostly adults, are of course clinging to the ceiling of the roost. The image is just about actual size.
(Sorry we disturbed you fellows.)
