Here are some more digital photos of the Harris Hawks at The Centre.

Here's one of our Harris Hawks "preparing" and enjoying his meal on one of our many special 'heated perches'.
These are designed to hold three 40 watt light bulbs, and they keep many of our hawk's and falcon's toes and feet warm in the winter, and prevent their food from freezing. They are also fed on heated slabs with a porcelain tile on top, to prevent their food from freezing in the winter. (Anything for our babies.) This Harris Hawk likes his deluxe king size condo with its modern appliances. :-)

This Harris Hawk "Artisan" seems to be guarding his "stucko wall painting". Harris Hawks, like all hawks make what is refered to as a "Slice" when they deficate. As you can see a slice travels horizontally across the room when they go. "Sorry buster, don't get attached to that artwork, you're due for a cleaning!"

Here we see a group of Harris Hawks.
Harris are unique in that they seem to get along fine, and hunt in large groups.
Unfortunately, I could not get the glare out of the photo, and their beaks are distorted.
